Lovely Niagara Falls

Corey and I spent 3 full days in Niagara Falls, Canada, doing all of the touristy stuff they had to offer! We had a great trip. Here are some things that we did:

-We saw the falls a night with the lights on them, and Wednesday we saw the fireworks
-We ate lunch on the top of the Skylon Tower with an awesome view of the falls
-We did "Niagara's Fury" which was a video about how the falls were created, complete with a 4D simulation at the end
-We went on Maid of the Mist...

-And after we dried off, we checked out the Butterfly Conservatory, which was awesome! There were butterflies EVERYWHERE!
-We did the Journey Behind the Falls where we went through tunnels and saw the falls really close!
-We did some outlet shopping when it rained :)
-Then we went on the Aerocar which was suspended over a gorge over whirlpools
-We went on the White Water Walk where we saw class 6 rapids
-We did lots of shopping in the tacky tourist shops!
-We ate at the Rainforest Cafe, which was probably the best meal we had!
-We walked...and walked...and walked!
-We (okay, just me!) ate lots of fudge!
-And then we went to MarineLand, where we saw lots of animals, AND I got to pet and feed a beluga whale named Acadia, which was one of the coolest things I've ever gotten to do! We also rode an awesome roller coaster.

-Then we spent the night in Pittsburgh with one of Corey's friends, who was also in our wedding. He took us around the city and we ate at Fat Heads, which had amazing sandwiches!

It was a fantastic trip, which I highly recommend, especially if you like all of the touristy things that Niagara Falls has to offer. Stay on the Canadian side (which we did)- there was SO much more to see and do there. And get an Adventure Pass- it will save you money on things that you would spend money on anyway! My favorite part was MarineLand, plus just seeing the falls and spending time with Corey :)
