Seminary will NEVER prepare you...

Seminary will NEVER prepare you for some experiences that ministry brings, especially the one I encountered today. I will not go into detail, but I thank God for the wisdom and discernment that I am given, as well as a loving and supportive husband who was there to back me up in this particular circumstance.

Pastors, trust your gut, trust God, and remember that you are accountable to God, to the church, to your bishop, and to yourself. And don't forget to pray!
